To provide accurate, real-time Prayer Times, our website requests access to your device's location. If granted, we use these coordinates exclusively to calculate local prayer times. If declined, our system will use your IP address to determine an approximate regional timezone for this calculation. This location and IP data is processed momentarily to display the correct times and is not permanently stored, tracked, or linked to your personal identity.
4. Parent Portal Privacy
We highly value your digital privacy. Our Parent Portal operates on a secure, closed-loop system using a unique, institution-provided Parent ID and password. We purposefully do not require, harvest, or store personal email addresses or social media data to grant you access to your child's progress reports.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with tutors and payment processors solely to provide our services, or when required by law.

We use industry-standard security measures and limit access to personal data to authorised staff and tutors.
7. Class Safety & Quality Assurance
As a dedicated online academy serving both children and adults, maintaining a secure learning environment is our top priority. Live one-on-one sessions may be subject to routine monitoring or secure recording by our administration. This is conducted strictly for quality assurance, teacher evaluation, and student safety. This data is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.

9. Secure Payments & Financial Transactions
We utilize secure, internationally recognized third-party payment gateways and remittance services to process all billing and subscription fees. To ensure your maximum security, E-Islamic Institute does not directly collect, process, or store sensitive financial data (such as full credit card numbers or banking passwords) on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted and handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We only retain basic transaction records—such as names, dates, payment status, and reference IDs—which are strictly necessary for account management, issuing receipts, and upholding our administrative and billing policies.
